General
These terms and conditions govern the use of services offered by San Antonio Reuniones, located at C. 15 Pte. 1516, Residencial Zerezotla, San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Reservations
A 30% deposit of the total event cost is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the event date as agreed in the contract.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
Use of Facilities
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities during the event. The use of fireworks without prior authorization is prohibited. The maximum event schedule must be respected as agreed in the contract.
Liability
San Antonio Reuniones is not responsible for personal items forgotten or lost on the premises. We provide security, but responsibility for guests lies with the event organizer.
