Once your request is in our possession, the corresponding department will evaluate its validity and will have 20 (twenty) business days to send a response from its receipt. Once you receive a response, you must reply within no more than 20 (twenty) business days if you disagree. If we do not receive a response from you, San Antonio Reuniones, in good faith, will understand that you agree with our response.
San Antonio Reuniones may deny the request to exercise your ARCO Rights, or the revocation of your consent, in cases permitted by applicable legislation, informing you of the reason for such decision.
The exercise of ARCO Rights is free of charge, but if you repeat your request within a period of less than twelve months, the costs will be three Units of Measurement and Update (UMA) according to the current value in Mexico at the time of making the request, plus VAT, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that warrant new requests.
Changes or Modifications to the Privacy Notice
San Antonio Reuniones reserves the right to make modifications or updates to its Privacy Notice at any time, with the understanding that any modification will be made known to you through the publication of a notice on the website https://sanantonioreuniones.com.
